My Experience Videoing a Conference at the Gaylord in Nashville, TN!

Now this is a vlog style video, so don't judge my professional work on this fun video.

I have shot in many conference venues, primarily resorts with giant conference spaces... but this was different.

If you've ever been to a Gaylord then you know exactly what I'm talking about and the one in Nashville is MASSIVE! If you haven't been then you should book a vacation there to check it out.

You can be inside of the hotel and feel like you are completely outside. That's not an exaggeration, they have paths with plants, trees, restaurant buildings, and even waterfalls!

There is a boat tour... on the INSIDE of this hotel.

I had the opportunity to shoot video for Podcast Movement 2021 which took place at this resort and it didn't disappoint. Alyssa and I stayed an extra day so we got to take part in a painting activity they had going on.

The Old Hickory Steakhouse at the resort was phenomenal as well, we had a work dinner there the day the conference wrapped (something I always look forward to). If you have the chance to do dinner there then it's worth it.

The only downside for me was that I left my sports coat at the resort... somewhere... I don't think I'll ever see it again .

As far as conference spaces go, you can't ask for better. The Gaylord Nashville has 86 event rooms, 10,000 sq ft largest ballroom, and 106 break out rooms!
